Twenty years experience on both sides of the table — union staffer, workers' advocate and HR management, in the public sector — means Amorette knows how a vote at Town Hall actually lands on your street. Not in theory. In the time it takes a pothole to get filled, or a call to get returned.
That's the job as she sees it: show up, answer the call, and make sure people from every part of Ward 3 — not just the most active voices — get heard before decisions are made, not after.
Because of a change in New York State election law, this seat is a one-year term — which means the work only continues if Ward 3 shows up again this fall.
