A Message from Councilwoman-Elect Amorette Miller Thank you, Greece. I am deeply grateful to everyone who voted for me and supported this campaign. Your trust means more than I can ever express. As I prepare to be sworn in this January, my priorities remain clear: strong infrastructure and safer roads, public safety rooted in community trust, respect for workers, safe workplaces, adequate staffing, and more efficient town services. Greece deserves a government that listens and responds. Public engagement will guide everything I do. I will continue to be present, accessible, and committed to putting our residents first. Thank you again for believing in me and in the future we can build together. Wishing you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and a joyful New Year. — Councilwoman-Elect Amorette Miller

My Priorities

  • Safety First – Committed to ensuring that we have safe neighborhoods and well-resourced emergency services to protect our families and businesses.

  • Ensure collective bargaining agreements compete with regional industry.

  • Revitalizing the Greece Mall – I will support the property owners in expansion and development on the site to draw consumers for many decades to come.

  • Protecting & Enhancing Green Spaces – Will work to preserve, improve, and expand parks and recreational areas for all residents to enjoy. Trees and woods are a major part of what makes Greece so beautiful. I will always work to protect these open spaces.

  • Prioritize Plowing and Hazard Clean-Up – Ensuring roads, and sidewalks are clear and safe for all residents, especially during snow storms.

  • Accessibility & Inclusion – Dedicated to making Greece more accessible and ensuring all residents, including those with special needs, have a strong voice.

  • Thriving Local Economy – Work to grow opportunities that keep Greece bustling with restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

  • Leadership with Integrity – Will always listen to constituents, remain accessible, and put community needs first.

  • Ensure Town Hall is open and accountable—meetings online, doors open to residents.

  • Promote festivals and family events that honor the richness of our community’s heritage.
